What is this service?
This free service can provide you with structured, non-residential support if you are experiencing challenges related to alcohol and other drug use.
You can take part in group programs, get one-on-one support and connect with others on a similar journey in a safe, inclusive space.
Programs are guided by evidence-based therapeutic models and aim to help you reduce harm, build resilience and work towards recovery. Support is also available for families and carers.

- want to cut down or stop using alcohol or other drugs
- are looking for structured support but prefer to live at home
- need a safe, non-judgmental space to work on your wellbeing
- would like support for mental health, physical health, relationships or day-to-day life
- want to connect with Aboriginal health workers and culturally safe care
Support is also available for families and carers of people accessing the service.
Eligibility
You can access this service if you:
- are 18 years old or older
- live in or near the Hawkesbury or Penrith areas
- want support for your own or a loved one’s alcohol or other drug use
Programs are open to everyone and include culturally safe options for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Funding
This service is funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
Referrals
You can refer yourself to this service by contacting the service directly or attend as a walk-in during opening hours. Please check the service hours or contact the provider before attending. A referral can also be made by a GP, other health provider, family/carer or friends.
