Complaints about Primary Care Providers

Complaints about primary care providers (for example, complaints about your GP) are best raised with the relevant service directly. If you need to escalate a complaint, you can contact theAustralian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency  or the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission. 

Complaints About Hospital Services

We do not provide hospital services.  

Complaints to Nepean Hospital, Katoomba Hospital, Hawkesbury District Hospital or Lithgow Hospital  can be made directly by visiting their website or by calling 4734 3174 .
