What is this service?
headspace provides free early intervention support to young people 12-25 years across mental health, physical health, work and study and alcohol and other drug needs.

You’ll benefit if you:
- are feeling low, anxious or overwhelmed
- need help managing your mental health
- need support with alcohol or drug use
- are dealing with family or relationship challenges
- want to stay on track with work, study or daily life
- need advice on physical health, including sexual health
Eligibility
You can access headspace if you are:
- 12 – 25 years old
- living or working in the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow or Penrith areas
Funding
This service is funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
Referrals
You can refer yourself to this service by contacting the service directly or attend as a walk-in during opening hours. Please check the service hours or contact the provider before attending. A referral can also be made by a GP, other health provider, family/carer or friends.
