The annual 715 Health Check is a preventative health assessment designed specifically to support the health needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples of all ages. The 715 Health Check helps to identify risk factors for illness or chronic conditions, helping with preventative care.

Practice Incentives Program Indigenous Health Incentive
The Practice Incentives Program – Indigenous Health Incentive (PIP IHI) supports general practices, Aboriginal Medical Services and Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services to deliver best-practice care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living with chronic conditions.
The PIP IHI focuses on improving health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples while supporting practices to prevent and manage chronic conditions.
Closing The Gap Initiative - PBS Co-Payment program
The Closing The Gap (CTG) Initiative – Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) Co-Payment program improves access to medicines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples living with, or at risk of, chronic conditions by reducing or eliminating medicine costs for eligible patients. Registered patients with a concession card receive PBS medicines for free, while those without a card pay only a low concessional rate.
