What is this service?
This phone service connects you with a trained mental health professional from our region who will take the time to listen and understand your needs and refer you to the right service.
When you call, you can talk through what’s happening for you and get guidance about the right next steps. This may include connecting you to existing local mental health services or helping you access support through a Medicare Mental Health Centre.
This is not a crisis or psychiatry service. If you are in immediate danger, call Triple Zero (000).
