We help residential aged care homes and pharmacists participate in the national Aged Care On-site Pharmacist Program. Our Healthy Ageing team can provide valuable information and advice, and assistance in connecting pharmacists and residential aged care homes. Our support is free and we can visit you in person to discuss the program or provide support online or by phone.

We can help:

  • residential aged care homes assess their readiness to participate in the program
  • connect qualified pharmacists with residential aged care homes
  • provide tools and best practice guidance
  • deliver orientation to pharmacists
