About the Role
Hours:
3-hour weekly immunisation clinic (onsite) + 4 hours per week remote chronic disease management support (work from home).
Team:
Collegiate, happy, and supportive multidisciplinary practice.
What the Practice is Looking For:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in immunisation (essential)
- Experience in chronic disease management or willingness to up skill in this
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
