Nurse Practitioner - Penrith

Penrith Women’s Health Centre (PWHC) is looking to recruit an experienced AHPRA endorsed Nurse Practitioner whose scope of practice includes primary care, mental health and women's health to work with us from our beautiful centre in Penrith.
PWHC's services focus on empowering and strengthening women’s health and wellbeing. PWHC's practice is evidence based and focuses on improving their client's health literacy, whilst offering support to allow clients to make informed healthcare choices. Their health services focus on providing chronic disease prevention, improved mental health and wellbeing and women's health and reproductive care through the lifespan. All women are welcome in their centre, and services are provided through an inclusive, client-centred, trauma-informed, culturally appropriate model of care.
- The Nurse Practitioner will provide services through an appointment-based fee for service system at PWHC or outreach/ community activity events where appropriate.
- Up to 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
- There is an expectation that as demand for services grows, increased hours may be available.
- Remuneration negotiable for the right candidate.
- The role is funded to 30 June 2026, with an expectation of extension subject to ongoing funding.
