Receptionist - The Wellness Practice - Penrith

The Wellness Practice in Penrith are seeking a casual allied health receptionist to join their busy and supportive clinic.
As the first point of contact for clients, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day operations of the allied health practice.
Key responsibilities include welcoming clients and managing front desk enquiries, booking and managing appointments, handling phone calls, emails and payments, processing Medicare and private health fund claims and supporting clinicians with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Previous reception experience in healthcare is preferred. the candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organisational skills and attention to detail, the ability to multitask and are professional, warm and empathetic. The practice offers flexible, casual shifts as part of a friednly, supportive team environment with on the job training.
