General Practitioner, Youth Mental Health (Part-Time) - headspace, Nepean Blue Mountains

headspace Primary Care are seeking a General Practitioner specialising in Youth Mental Health (Part-Time, Fixed-Term) Flexible hours | Multiple locations | Supportive multidisciplinary team.

Locations:
• headspace Mount Druitt
• headspace Katoomba

Join headspace in providing youth-focused, holistic healthcare. This part-time role offers flexibility, salary packaging, and 5 weeks of annual leave (pro rata). You’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.

In this role, you will:
• Conduct high-quality GP assessments for young people aged 12–25
• Manage Mental Health Care Plans and referrals
• Address physical and mental health concerns, including preventive care
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Receive clinical supervision and administrative support

About You:
• AHPRA-registered GP with relevant qualifications
• Experience in youth and/or mental health
• Skilled in evidence-based treatment and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and care coordination abilities
