Community Workshops & Events

Farming Strong: A two day workshop by Venture Organic focused on business strategy & personal development.

This project is fully funded by the Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network, with the support of Lithgow City Council.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to bush fire recovery projects in the local community.

Mental Health Matters: Delivered by the Australian Red Cross these free workshops will cover maintaining wellbeing and resilience, coping strategies, dealing with crisis situations and where to obtain mental health support. It is available to all members of the community but those affected by bushfire and drought are particularly encouraged to attend. Half day sessions and 90 minute online courses will be offered.

R U OK? Sessions: These free interactive wellbeing workshops are designed to assist people to connect with those around them and support anyone struggling with life.
