What is this service?
This service provides you with diagnosis, evidence-based treatment and appropriate referrals if you are experiencing endometriosis, persistent pelvic pain, perimenopause, or menopausal symptoms.

- are living with ongoing pelvic pain or symptoms of endometriosis
- are seeking earlier diagnosis or clearer treatment options
- are experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms
- want help navigating referrals and specialist services
The nurse navigator supports you to understand your options, access appropriate services and feel more confident about managing your health.
Eligibility
You can access the clinic if you:
- live in the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Lithgow or Penrith areas
- are experiencing symptoms of endometriosis, persistent pelvic pain, perimenopause or menopause
Funding
This service is funded by the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
Referrals
You can refer yourself to this service by contacting the service directly. After contacting the clinic, the nurse navigator will follow up with you to confirm suitability, provide further information (including any out-of-pocket costs) and arrange a booking if appropriate. A referral can also be made by a GP, other health provider, family/carer or friends.
