DVA Webclaim and Understanding today's veterans

The Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) has published two recent articles that may be of interest to general practices with DVA patients.

  1. Understanding today’s veteran’ highlights that the demographics of Australia’s veteran community continues to change.  The article outlines that DVA clients of today coming into your surgery may be young or elderly, male or female, and may or may not have been deployed to a theatre of war.
  2. Save Time, Claim Online with DVA Webclaim’ outlines the advantages of using DVA Webclaim for DVA services as an alternative to lodging manual claims. DVA Webclaim is a free, online service for providers to submit treatment claims for payment. DVA Webclaim is easy to use, can reduce your administrative costs and free up more time for you to service the needs of your clients.
