Suitable for GPs and Practice Nurses

This workshop aims to increase health professionals' skill and confidence in recognising presentations where suicide risk is high. You will learn how to undertake a detailed risk assessment, and provide effective management planning using a collaborative, team based approach.

At the completion of the module, participants will be able to:

  • Undertake a suicide risk assessment effectively
  • Develop a collaborative safety plan
  • Provide effective management following a suicide attempt
