Overview

Improving the cultural competency of health care services can increase Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ access to health care, increase the effectiveness of care that is received, and contribute to closing the gap in health outcomes.

This accredited training is a comprehensive series designed to increase cultural awareness and develop practical skills to enable health professionals to deliver culturally appropriate healthcare to their Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients.
