About the Opportunity

The IT/IM Officer is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of WHL’s IT, voice (telecommunications) and data infrastructure and contributing towards the strategic requirements of the Information Technology (IT) and Information Management (IM) functions within WHL. This role is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of computer operations and systems development and providing support to users.
This position is being offered in a full-time or part-time capacity and is funded until June 2021. Future employment is subject to ongoing funding. 

Requirements

We are looking for someone who has previous experience in systems administration, office productivity software, data system management and remote access solutions. Our ideal candidate will have qualifications in information technology, highly developed problem-solving skills and demonstrated experience in implementing IT projects. To be successful in this role you will need to effective written and verbal communications skills.
