Advance Care Planning Week

Dying to Know Day Dinner

Earlier this month, we held a successful Dying to Know Day Dinner which was the next step in the launch of our Compassionate Communities Project. Together with our partner, the GroundSwell Project, we are working to activate the first Compassionate Community in our region, starting in the Blue Mountains.

To further support this event, we have released our own report into End-of-Life Care within our region, Caring for People at End of Life, which was commissioned to understand the current use of Advance Care Planning and to help identify the future planning needs for End-of-Life Care services.
